Clif Cox Consulting

Seasons Greetings!
Hi!
This is my very minimalist attempt at a web page. It's quick to load though!

Some of my projects have been starting the Eugene Free Community Network which is now run by Oregon Public Networking a Non-pofit 501C(3).

Last summer I managed the CMC.NET project for Chambers communications. The deadlines were tough but we had a great team and MCI really came through for us with the shortest order to activation time on record for MCI.

Other interests are the Oregon country fair where I've been volunteering my time for the past 9 years. Marshall Landman has taken their web page to new heights since I started it in 1994.

At the fair we build a wireless network using the STRIP protocol from the MosquitoNet project. Here are patches we use to update the Linux kernel and net-tools package:

kernel.patch Against the linux-2.0.30 kernel.
net-tools.patch Against net-tools-1.33.

Also I like to travel and help start networks in communities here and there like Christiania in Copenhagen. Jorgen is doing a great job there.

Some recent projects here at home include Port_Check which keeps an eye on OPN's modem pool.

Here are some of my bookmarks, As of August 23rd.
