*(Oregon Country Fair note:) Eugene BioSource formed an agreement with the Oregon Country Fair to supply Biodiesel fuel to be used in all of the Fair's diesel-fueled vehicles and equipment for the 2002 event. Biodiesel was used to fuel tractors, generators, forklifts, and "gators", beginning on June 7th during setup, and continuing through the event and after, during cleanup and deconstruction activities. This fuel was purchased from a regional commercial Biodiesel distributor, and provided to the Fair at cost. We are confident that the Fair staff and attending public appreciated the clean, environmentally friendly direction which the Fair has decided to explore.
