The page cited below says that Eunbyul 2010 is not an improved version 
of KCC/Silver Igo, but is rewritten from scratch.  This does indeed 
sound likely.  But I recall that after the original charges of 
plagiarism, KCC's authors claimed to have produced a new version, 
without the plagiarised code;  examination showed that it still 
contained the plagiarised code, and also contained an anti-trace 
mechanism, to make this harder to detect.
