[Computer-go] January KGS bot tournament: 19x19

Reminder: it's tomorrow (Sunday January 9th, not 8th as stated below).

Among the entries so far are CzechBot, PNUGo, and PueGo.  These will all 
withdraw if "approved" versions of MoGo, GNU Go, and Fuego want to 
enter.
