[Computer-go] Orego 7.08 released

Have a mix of algorithms to avoid mono-culture problems.
I'd be happy to have Orego included in the mix.
Use engines that aren't affected by the time limit to avoid variation  
between different PCs
You can set a specific number of playouts per move with a command-line  
option.
Use engines that are stable enough to be left running for long periods  
unattended
Orego has run for days (weeks?) unattended.
Use engines that understand the CGOS rules e.g. do they capture all  
stones at the end
I believe Orego does this. It only passes if it judges that it can win  
even if its own dead stones are removed, but the opponent's dead  
stones are left on the board. Even then, it will usually only pass if  
the opponent passes first. Orego will resign if it falls too far behind.
Be able to run successfully on low end machines
Not a problem.
