"not" is correct.  A simpler order of the words is "it is not relevant 
to this tournament".

"win" is correct:
"EricaBot was able to trash ..., and win the game"
or
"EricaBot was able to trash ..., and to win the game

But your suggestion is an improvement, and I have changed the page.
