Of course it should be the other way round:

For the 19x19 exhibition game ... when winning the game the pro gets 
additional money:
+50 Euro, when handicap was 5,
+100 Euro, when handicap was 4,
+200 Euro, when handicap was 3,
+300 Euro, when handicap was 2.
