[Computer-go] GO AI tutor and programmer needed

Hey all,

I'm starting work on an app that will make Go more accessible to beginners
and wider range of player types. I'm going to be looking to hire an AI
developer in a couple months. For now, I need someone to talk to about how
Go AI techniques work. I'm looking to play $20/hr for a few Skype and email
discussions about the workings of the Go AI, diving into the specifics of
an Open Source code or something that can be licensed at a reasonable rate.
We can discuss the details of the project and the development gig over the
course of our discussions.
