TEST MODE ACTIVE -- approval threshold = 1 -- not for production use

This page is for board members only. Use this form to adjust approval thresholds and toggle test mode.

Approval thresholds
Transfer
Board signatures required to approve a share transfer
Subscription
Board signatures required to approve a new share issuance
Reversal
Set to 0 to require the full board. Otherwise set a specific count.
Test mode
Test mode
When enabled, all approval thresholds are reduced to 1. Disable before going live.
