[Computer-go] Moyo Go Studio

Frank de Groot certainly has his problems, but I've known him better than
most of the Go community he interacted with, and I can assure you he is not
malicious in the software. Mental problems of its author aside, Moyo Go is a
valuable contribution to the Go community.
