[Computer-go] Good Zobrist table for 21x21 and bellow

In attachment I'm sharing a binary file of 882 (21*21*2) 64 bit values 
with perfect bit distribution, for the purpose of being used in Zobrist 
hash tables. Each of the 64 bits appears in 441 values, every 64 bit 
value has 32 active bits and there are no repeated values.
